1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you or a nominated person receives the goods. This right applies without giving a reason. To exercise it, contact us by email at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Please note: in accordance with applicable consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU as retained in UK law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This means that opened packs of Orinana Active Support cannot be returned unless the product is defective or not as described.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked delivery service.
  4. The cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Since payment is made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer. We will contact you to arrange this.

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched - either during the phone confirmation call or by emailing us. Once dispatched, you may refuse the delivery at the door; the order will be cancelled and you owe nothing, as no prepayment was taken.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
