These Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms") govern your use of carlosalbertoloureiropinto.pt and your purchase of Orinana Active Support from CARLOS ALBERTO LOUREIRO PINTO ("we", "us"), Sole trader (individual), Largo St. Hélder Branco, 6145-823 Setúbal, Portugal. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that causes damage to the website, that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or other malicious code.

2. Ordering and Sale

How to order: To place an order, you submit your name and phone number via the order form on this website. No payment is made online. After receiving your request, a member of our team will telephone you during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00) to confirm your order details. The contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation.

Price and currency: All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your order confirmation applies.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery in cash or by card to the courier. No prepayment is required. If you decline to pay on delivery, the order will be cancelled.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch - either during the confirmation call or by emailing us at [email protected]. If the order has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at no charge.

3. Product Information and Disclaimer

Orinana Active Support is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have health concerns or are taking medication.

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order without giving a reason, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Note that for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging is exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.

7. Disputes

We aim to resolve any complaint informally. If you are not satisfied, you may refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution body. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
